no "Practice App" button

 i have an issue with the nocoly's learning portal , could not find any 'Practice App' button.

  Hello, you need to complete the exams for the earlier chapters before the application can be automatically created. Additionally, you must create an organization in HAP before the exam; otherwise, the application creation will fail.
